Next3D Documentation

Learn how to use Next3D to generate AI 3D models, preview files in the browser, convert formats, and manage your 3D assets.

Welcome to the Next3D documentation. Next3D brings AI 3D generation, browser-based 3D viewing, format conversion, compression, and asset management into one web workspace.

What Next3D Helps You Do

  • Generate 3D assets from images or text prompts in Studio.
  • Export generated models as GLB assets with bundled textures for web, game, and product workflows.
  • Inspect local 3D files directly in the browser with the online viewer.
  • Convert common 3D formats for downstream tools and pipelines.
  • Compress GLB and GLTF files before publishing them online.
  • Organize your generated models and share selected work in the community gallery.

Main Product Areas

Studio

Studio is the primary workspace for creating and managing 3D assets. Start from an image or a text prompt, review the generated preview, then download the model or continue working with it in your account.

3D Viewer

The viewer opens GLB, GLTF, OBJ, FBX, STL, PLY, DAE, 3MF, X3D, BLEND, IFC, and other common 3D formats in the browser. Use it to inspect geometry, materials, lighting, and file readiness before sharing or converting a model.

Converter and Compressor

The converter helps move assets between practical 3D formats. The compressor focuses on GLB and GLTF optimization so models are easier to deliver on websites, product pages, and real-time apps.

Community and Asset Library

Generated models can be stored in your account. Public models can appear in the community gallery, where users can browse examples, inspect model pages, and download assets when the owner allows it.

  1. Open Studio and create your first image-to-3D or text-to-3D model.
  2. Use the 3D Viewer to inspect a local model file.
  3. Use the 3D Converter when you need another format for a downstream tool.
  4. Review Supported 3D File Formats before preparing source files.
  5. Browse the Community to see what other users are making with Next3D.
